- **You choose what is allowed** Only look along, or make changes too.
- **Guest orders and money stay out of reach** It cannot place, change or refund orders, and it cannot move money.

## Questions about Orderli in ChatGPT and Claude

What is MCP?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets ChatGPT and Claude work safely with other software. Orderli uses it to give them access to your Orderli account, limited to what your dashboard role allows.

What do I need?

An Orderli dashboard account (owner, manager or staff) and a ChatGPT or Claude account. You sign in with the same email address and password as in your dashboard.

Can it get things wrong?

ChatGPT and Claude can misunderstand a request. So read what it says it did, or let it only look along. Menu changes stay visible in your dashboard’s change history.

What does it see of my guests?

Only what your account sees in the dashboard, such as orders. Orderli does not keep your conversations. What ChatGPT or Claude does with a conversation falls under their own terms and settings.
