# Pay the bill the moment guests are ready.

Guests scan the table QR code and see the bill as it stands in your POS. One guest pays for everything, they split evenly or everyone pays for their own dishes. They add a tip, pay online and the payment is booked back onto the table.

## Nobody has to wait for the bill any more.

Works with a supported POS connection. Guests settle when it suits them, and your team sees it back in the POS.

### Your team links the table

A staff member scans a numbered QR on a tray or card, taps the open POS table and checks the bill. The guest scans the same code and pays; this is new and still in beta.

#### A second scan shows the bill

Using Orderli as a menu only? Guests who scan again later are asked whether they want to view the bill.

### Call a waiter or ask for the bill

Rather have someone come over? Guests tap Call waiter or Ask for the bill, and the request appears on the team tablet with the table number.

#### Pay later inside, pay now outside

Set per area how guests pay. Inside they order now and pay later; on the terrace or for takeaway they pay with the order.

## Common questions

Which bill do guests see when they pay at the table?

Everything on the POS table, including what your staff rang up. This needs a supported POS integration; the integrations page lists which systems those are. When a guest pays only for their own dishes, the rest stays open for the others at the table. If the bill changed in the meantime, the guest sees the new bill first.

Does paying at the table work if I only use Orderli as a menu?

Yes. Guests who scan again later are asked whether they want to see the bill. It is the same QR code on the table, with no extra card.

Can I choose per area when guests pay?

Yes. Inside, guests order now and pay later; on the terrace or for takeaway they pay with the order.
