Tipping New

# Tipping, without the pressure.

Guests choose for themselves: round up, a percentage, their own amount or no tip. The choice sits calmly on the payment screen and the tip reaches your connected POS as a separate amount.

## An honest tip, from the table to the team.

A tip is the guest’s own choice. Orderli books it separately and works out each team member’s share.

### Separate in your POS

With a supported POS connection the tip arrives as its own amount or tip item, separate from the dishes. It can print as its own line on the receipt, so revenue and tips do not get mixed up.

#### When ordering and when paying the bill

Guests see the tip question when they pay straight away and when they settle the table bill later. If they choose cash or invoice, the question stays out of the way.

### Shared by hours worked

Tip management shows the total tips for each completed month and the hours of every team member. Orderli works out each share from the registered shifts, and you adjust hours where needed.

#### My tips for every team member

Team members see their balance and the tips they received on My tips. With a supported payment provider, each share is paid out directly to the team member.
