# Payments and payouts

Guests pay with the method they prefer, and you are paid out through a provider you trust.

- Payments and payouts
  - Rootline
  - Mollie
  - Stripe
  - Adyen
  - Scenscio
  - Sentoo

## How it works

Orderli does not hold money itself. Your payment provider does; we make sure the payment is right in the ordering flow and in your reports.

- Your payment provider Rootline, Mollie, Stripe, Adyen or Sentoo: pick the provider that suits you and we connect it to Orderli.
- At the table, kiosk and counter Guests pay online in the ordering flow. At the kiosk they can also pay with a card terminal or in cash through a cash machine.
- Paid out per stand In a food hall or with several stands, a payment is split and paid out per stand, through Rootline.

## Payment methods for your guests

Which ones you offer depends on your payment provider. Amex runs through Rootline, charge to room through Mews.

- iDEAL | Wero
- Credit cards, incl. Amex
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Bancontact
- Cash at the kiosk
- On account
- Charge to room

## Frequently asked questions

Can I keep my current payment provider?

If you already work with Mollie, Stripe or Adyen, often yes. If you use another provider, ask us.

What does a transaction cost?

That depends on your plan and the payment method. The pricing page lists the iDEAL | Wero rate for each plan, and the card rates. If you process more than €10,000 in orders a month, you can ask for custom transaction rates.

When is the money paid out?

Your payment provider decides that. Settlements and payouts show up in your reports.

Can guests split the bill?

Yes. Guests at one table can split the bill and each pay their own share, with a tip if they like.

### Missing an integration? Ask for it.

Tell us which system you use and what should go across. We check whether it has an open interface and tell you honestly what is possible before you decide anything.

[Your own system? Use the Webhook API](https://orderli.com/en/integrations/webhook-api)
