Matrix runs locally in your venue. The order tablet on the same network carries every order to the POS, on the right table.

## How you go live with Matrix

We do the technical work. You tell us how your venue runs.

1. Tell us which POS you have Which Matrix version you use and how your service runs. A short call is enough.
2. We set up your menu We pull products and prices from Matrix. You add photos and descriptions wherever you like.
3. A test order first A test order travels from the QR code into Matrix. Only when it prints correctly do your guests start ordering.

## Questions about Matrix

Why does this run through a tablet?

Matrix has no connection over the internet; the POS only works inside your own network. The order tablet sits in that network and passes the orders on. Nothing has to be opened up to the outside.

What do I need?

An order tablet on the same network as your Matrix POS, switched on and charging. We set that tablet up with you before you go live.
