# Guests charge their order to the room, through Mews.

Every room gets its own QR code, linked to that room in Mews. When the guest is checked in and has a valid card on their reservation, they can choose ‘Charge to room’ at checkout. We set it up together with your hotel.

## What syncs between Orderli and Mews

Everything marked yes goes across automatically.

## How you go live with Mews

We do the technical work. You tell us how your venue runs.

1. Tell us how your hotel runs Which rooms, which menus and when room service is open. A short call is enough.
2. We link your rooms Every room gets its own QR code, which we link to the right room in Mews. We set this up together with you.
3. A test in a room first A test order is charged to a test room. Only when it is right do we switch it on for your guests.

## Questions about Mews

Can people who are not staying at the hotel order too?

Yes. At the bar, in the lobby or on the terrace they pay as usual, by card, Apple Pay or another method you offer.

We do, together with you. We link the rooms to Mews, make the QR codes and test it together before guests use it.
