Frequently asked questions

Can I pay for every plan monthly?

Starter is available annually only: €79 per month, €948 per year. Standard costs €126 per month with annual billing (€1,512 per year), or €149 with monthly billing. Professional is on request and Ultra is by invitation.

Do guests always have to pay immediately?

Not with Orderli’s Standard and Professional plans. With these plans you can let guests pay by card afterwards, or pay on their own phone. Whether paying afterwards is possible depends on your POS integration.

What are the transaction costs when guests pay online?

iDEAL | Wero: €0.35 per payment on Starter, €0.29 on Standard (volume discounts available) and custom on Professional.

MasterCard/VISA (Non-EU/Business) from €0.15 + 3.7%

AMEX (EU/Non-EU/Business) from €0.25 + 2.6%

How does a POS integration work?

When a POS integration is possible, Orderli works as a handheld for your guests. Guests place their own orders, the receipts come out of the right printer and the order is put on their table. Staff can still add orders to the same table, so everything lines up.

How does Orderli work without a POS integration?

Orders come in on your own printers (Standard and up) or on a tablet next to the till.
