From nightstand to room door.
Guests order whenever it suits them. Your team knows at once what goes to which room.

We take care of that; the hotel only serves breakfast. Every room has a QR code for ordering. It really works the same way, except the order is brought to you.

Common questions
Does the guest have to enter their room number?
No. Every room gets its own QR code, so the room number is already there, from the order to the kitchen ticket. A general QR code does ask for the room number.
Can guests charge an order to their room?
Yes, where your POS supports it. Guests can also pay straight away by iDEAL, card or wallet, or by invoice.
Does it work alongside the restaurant and bar?
Yes. One account for the whole hotel, with a menu and opening hours of its own for each outlet. The room-service menu adds its own surcharge automatically.
