Why does this run through a tablet?
Matrix has no connection over the internet; the POS only works inside your own network. The order tablet sits in that network and passes the orders on. Nothing has to be opened up to the outside.
What do I need?
An order tablet on the same network as your Matrix POS, switched on and charging. We set that tablet up with you before you go live.
